Dance Friends Forever

As long as I can remember, I’ve loved music. Of course, even tiny babies will react when they hear music. So we can say, music is something we all enjoy, relate to and really can’t get enough of. When I heard music and realized that it made me want to dance, that’s when the world seemed like the most wonderful place to be in! Music is the thread that dance happily weaves in and out of.

Music can make us happy, evoke emotion, motivate us, and so much more. I love music so much; I became a songwriter. Integrating the wonderful world of dance into music makes it all the more exciting and takes it to another level. In case you haven’t realized it yet, dancers have the capacity to be some of the most positive people around. They engage in body movement with their surroundings filled with music. It’s positivity all the way. There are facts that implicate that the only activity that activates, stimulates and uses the entire brain is music. So while your body is in motion – dancing, your brain is fully engaged in the music. It doesn’t get much better than that! Doing positive things, attract positive outcomes.

Music is the universal language. Speak it often and add a dash of dance! Your heart, body and mind are sure to be pleased. I’ve often said it before, “if the world would dance, sing and play music more, there would be no time for war.”
