Miami is Calling your Name

It is creative and so exciting to see how the dancesport/ballroom dance world has found ways to partake in competitions in these pandemic times. Here is another competition for your consideration to rack up some great points. Remember pre-teens, teens, junior and youth accumulate points because this competition is one sponsored by the Fordney Foundation. If you think you would be interested in being part of this virtual event, here is a link that goes directly to the site:

Updates for 2021: **NEW** Added Gentlemen's Category and 9/10 Dance Challenge **NEW** Virtual Competition via Zoom on Wed. February 10th. We will be accepting pre-recorded videos as well doing a live zoom competition. Supporting Our Youth Dancers!

Platinum DanceSport has partnered with the Fordney Foundation for 2021, providing youth dancers with sport grants allowing them to train and compete in Dancesport competitions. These Scholarship events will run on Saturday night February 13th. To learn more, please visit

***We have received contributions from individuals who would like to have a dear relative or friend who passed on remembered that loved to dance or was a dance aficionado. We call these memorial contributions. Perhaps you would like to have someone memorialized in this manner. Make a donation and give us their name. We have on our website a yellow brick road to engrave their name to a brick as a memorial to that person. This contribution will assist future generations of dancers and help keep young people more positive and healthy.
